As we close on September 2023, I want to thank you for your continued support, and welcome the 110 new colleagues who joined our growing community this month.

I am greatly inspired by your support. Together, we are creating a safe space for open conversations about medical device risk management, where we can talk about our common challenges and share lessons learned.

Risk practitioners in our industry are facing significant challenges. There is a lot going on in our industry right now - technology is changing fast and the global regulatory environment is quickly evolving with increasing focus on risk management. In this new environment, we all need a collaborative platform to share knowledge and help each other solve practical problems.

This is the driving force behind Let’s Talk Risk! (LTR) knowledge-letter.

I am deeply committed to the mission of LTR, which drivers us to help elevate our collective capability in risk management across the global medical device industry, so we can make a significant contribution to improving patient safety, accelerating innovation, and reducing cost.

Yes, this is an ambitious goal. But I think it is definitely within our reach if we support each other.
